Leuphana University Lüneburg is a public university run by a foundation under public law in Lüneburg in Lower Saxony. Her research focuses on education, culture, sustainability, management and entrepreneurial activity. In teaching, she has established a highly interdisciplinary study model that is unusual for Germany, with a college for undergraduate studies, a graduate school for combining master's and doctoral studies, and a professional school for continuing education studies.
