Germany Geroldsee

A fantastic place, a small alpine lake situated in a breathtaking landscape, amid woods, mountains and small wonderful wooden barns.
I took this photo from an unusual position, compared to the classic spot, which is located higher up the hill facing the lake, it was a bit crowded by other photographers.
This place has enchanted me, early in the morning you can often find that light mist that makes the mood almost mystical, this is the Wagenbrüchsee better known as Geroldsee.

Come early in the morning, and take a tripod and wide-angle lens, but there are many photography opportunities.

You can park along the street in front of the Gastehaus Hans Simon or further on, the spot is a 5-minute walk from there.
