Thanks for the spot. Do you need to request authorization for drone there ? Is this a public or private area ? Thanks

Yes, I would ask for flying the drone in that area. That is a private area where you have to pay for the entrance. However if there are only a decent amount of people you are allowed to fly your drone and make awesome pictures.
