Since the Bismarck Tower is located on one of the larger mountains near Augsburg, you can photograph both breathtaking sunsets and sunrises with a view of the city.
The tower itself is also a nice motif.

If you have a telephoto lens, take it with you. The hotel tower Augsburg can be photographed excellently from up there.

Travel Information

Since cars are not allowed to drive through the park, the best parking lot may be around the Steppach graveyard. From there it is a 5-minute walk.
