This small spot is dedicated to the preservation of the moor in its natural beauty. Many endangered plant species can still be seen here and are described on text boards along the path made of wooden planks that leads through the landscape. Many animals also use the natural bog pools as a refuge.

Bring time and if you come at dawn or dusk, think of your tripod. Otherwise, as always: keep your eyes open for details.

Travel Information

You can get there by car and a parking lot is nearby. The entrance is free but the operators are happy about a donation for the preservation of the moor and / or a visit to the "Moorcafe".
