Germany Gate of the Marstall, Hanover
Along the river Leine in Hannover there are many opportunities for a good shot. The Marstalltor in Hanover is the 1714 entrance to the former riding school at the New Stables, which was built in 1712 by Louis Remy de la Fosse. The stables and riding school were part of the ducal court stables on the Hohe Ufer. While the riding school was destroyed in the air raids on Hanover during the Second World War, the prestigiously designed Marstalltor gate has been preserved as the center portal of the building.
