Germany Hornberg Castle

The castle (only a keep left) is located on a rock spur above the town of Hornberg. It offers a nice view along the valley of the river Gutach and Hornberg itself with its railway viaduct.

If you want a train crossing the viaduct in your picture, check the timetable of trains from Hornberg to Hausach (northbound) or from Hornberg to Triberg (southbound).

Hornberg has a train station. Or park your car at the parking lot near the castle pond (Schlossweiher). It is a 10 minutes walk to the viewpoint.
