Germany Water Cascade, Hanover

The "Great Garden" in Hanover is one of the most important and beautiful baroque parks in Germany and Europe. The large cascade was originally built in the 17th century. The structure has been preserved from the 17th century, the central figures of the cascade are Venus and Leda, other statues of mythical gods are on the balcony.

Photography Tips

At night the waterfall is illuminated. It is best to use a tripod, a long exposure will soften the water.

You can travel by train, there are several stops in the vicinity. For example, the stop "Herrenhäuser Garten.
