Germany Brodtener Steilküste, Travemünde
One of the few untouched coast areas at the Baltic Sea coast of Schleswig-Holstein. Cliff coast with many rocks in the water and on the beach.
Photography Tips
You shoud prefer sunrise. Don't try to get there by foot from Niendorf/Ostsee or Travemünde because you really don't want to awake 2 hours earlier! Use you car and park in Brodten. There is the only one staircase you can use to reach the beach!
Travel Information
You get there by car. Maybe an access from Travemünde worth it, but you should definitly start your hike at the most northern edge of the village (near yacht club). If using a car, you should park in Brodten along the road. You have to walk nearly 10 min to reach the only staircase at this beach. Don't forget your torch/flashlight or headlamp to get there. It will be dark! Be careful when using the steep wooden staircase.
