Germany Bombaystege, Stuttgart
The spot is on top of a cable bridge, reachable from basically all sides. The view north points at a heavy 4-track road and two train tracks which trams going every 2 minutes during week-day. A super busy place with great opportunities for light trail shots!
Photography Tips
Beware the brigde, because it can shake when many people are walking on it. Depending on your focal length, this can theoretically ruin your shot.
During blue hour you can reach 30sec at ISO100 and closed aperture, but maybe an ND filter is useful, if you want to capture a brighter sky. The lights on top offer great aperture stars, so bring a good lens for that (Sigma for example).
