It is one of the (hit and run) spots, nice to pass by, location of 3 boathouses in Kochelsee Lake, nice for long exposure practice, and nice to visit at sunset or sunrise.

The 3 boathouses were completely destroyed by fire in April 2022. However, they have been rebuilt and the photo spot has been available again since the beginning of 2024.

Photography Tips

Bring you tripod an your filters, it´s definitly worth it.

Travel Information

You can come by bus or you come by car. There is a parking lot about 100 m away from the spot. On beautiful days it´s croweded.
