Germany View from Sankt Katharinen to Castle of Rennenberg

You have a beautiful view down to the Rhineland in the evening from this spot. You can also see the castle ruin of Rennenberg/Linz on the horizont.

Since you have an amazing view down to the Rhineland in the west direction the best timing to be here is during sunset. Because the woods are pretty dark just after the sun has gone you have to take multiple exposures and blend them together for obvious reasons.
For me it was important to have this hunting lodge in my photo on one side and the castle ruin on the other side.

If you only want to get that sunset shot you probably can leave your car just at the beginning of this path like I did. I marked the position where I left my car on the map.
