The Museum Village Cloppenburg offers a great variety of traditional farm buildings and outbuildings. A good insight into the rural culture of the last centuries is offered. Many exhibits allow a good idea of the way in which technical challenges were mastered and how hard life was in the countryside. It is also possible to get an idea of the social structure of those centuries. It is advisable to visit the museum in the late morning or early afternoon of a weekday, when there are fewer visitors.
