Germany Raised hide in pink

I discovered the strange scaffold on October 3, 2021 close to Sibyllenbad (Upper Palatinate, Bavaria, Germany). Closer inspection revealed a raised hide wrapped in pink foil. In all likelihood, we are dealing with a transient structure. I do not have a clue about the rationale behind it. Suggestions are welcome.
