Germany Marktplatz Bonn

A very central spot in Bonn, where the Market Place is located during the day. The main point of interest is the old town hall.

Go early in the morning or after sunset, since during the day the square is extremely crowded. While the old town hall plays a central role, do look behind you to see the new town hall rising above the buildings in the distance, sometimes surrounded by sunset colors.
A variety of shots is possible, from ultra-wide angle to short telephoto, if you are standing at the edge of the square.
A tripod and a neutral density filter might not be a bad choice if you want to blur out people moving through the frame.

Right under the square is a parking lot. The entrance to the Universitäts Garage is also a few meters away. The spot is easily reached on foot since it is very central. The closest bus stop nearby is called „Markt“.
