Germany Klidinger Waterfall
The hike to the Klidinger Waterfall (also known as Schießlay), the tallest waterfall in the Eifel at 28 meters (about 92 feet), is a small adventure. The ascent to the upper (and most beautiful) section, with its pristine nature, requires sure-footedness and good stamina. It is located in a small side valley of the Erdenbach, which flows into the Uessbach east of Bad Bertrich.
Photography Tips
Take a tripod with you to do a long exposure.
Travel Information
The "Klidinger Waterfall Parking Lot" is located about 2.5 km away. From there, two paths lead to the waterfall; I recommend taking the left one (unless you want to climb with photo equipment).
