A fantastic view over a valley filled with the lights of Pfullingen, Reutlingen and Tübingen. You can even see Stuttgart Airport (Filderstadt) from this spot.

Photography Tips

This photo spot gets its flair from the different colours in the blue hour in summer. So, be there, when others leave the place... Clean air (after rain) and impressive clouds are important for a good picture.

Travel Information

You can go by car to the quite good restaurant Hofgut Übersberg at Am Übersteig 1, 72793 Pfullingen, which closes at 9 pm, and have a good meal before taking the short 10-minute walk through the wood to Mädelesfels. In the beer garden of the restaurant, you find a big tree with signs that indicate the way to Mädlesfels. Be sure to have your tripod and a hand torch with you.
