If you want to hide the side towers of the New Town Hall - which have been under restoration for a while - this might be a good spot. An additional plus is the beautiful Maschparkbrücke in the midground.
Unfortunately, due to energy saving reasons, the Town Hall is currently unlit.

The morning hours are the better time, because the city hall is then lighted by the sun.
