Germany International Maritime Museum, Hamburg
The spot is an alternate photo angle of International Maritime museum in Hamburg with a view of a ship's rotor in the front. The world’s largest private maritime collection was transferred to a charitable foundation in 2003 and is now presented to the public on nine exhibition decks (Wikipedia).
Photography Tips
Wide angle lens works best at this particular spot as you can easily cover the building facade and the ship rotor in one frame. I used a tripod but it is not a must. Make sure to be there a few minutes before sunset.
Travel Information
I walked to this spot from the infamous "Speicherstadt" photo location. You can also come here by Bus (get down at Singapurstraße) or with a Metro train (get down at Überseequartier and walk 7 minutes)
