  • Please log in or sign up for free to see the GPS coordinates & weather for this photo spot
The moderate hike up to the Zwiesel and the Zennokopf offers a 360 degree panorama of the mountain worlds of the Chiemgau Alps. The possibility of reaching three peaks in one round trip and stopping off at the Zwieselalm makes the route particularly attractive for hikers.

Photography Tips

Wait until sunset despite the cloud cover here, because the sun doesn't set in the mountains, but behind Lake Chiemsee. The weather there is not quite as changeable as in the mountains and I've often seen the sun break through after all.

Have a valid drone license with you and pay attention to the local regulations.

Travel Information

From the marked parking lot on Jochbergstrasse, the marked hiking trail leads a good 3 kilometers up to the summit. You will pass the Zwieselalm and climb a total of almost 860 meters in altitude.
