Germany Heubachwiesen, Dülmen
The Heubach meadows are a nature reserve and provide a habitat for rare bird species as well as plant and animal species typical of the landscape, some of which are highly endangered. The partly very damp and wet area is very beautiful for walks.
Photography Tips
If you're lucky, you'll see fallow deer in the morning light. Don't be hectic, keep still in one place and use your telephoto lens to build up an appropriate distance to the animals so that they don't immediately disappear into the adjacent forest.
Travel Information
There are several easy-to-find paths from the marked parking lot. The area as a whole is very clearly laid out, but unlike many other nature reserves. Unfortunately there are no explanatory panels about the flora and fauna.
