Germany Halde Radbod
The Radbod slag heap in Hamm is located directly next to the former Radbod coal mine. From the slag heap, you have a good view of the three remaining headframes of the colliery. The 'slag heap sign', a small orange observation tower with a spiral staircase, was installed on the slag heap at the end of 2018.
Other slag heaps in the immediate vicinity received the same installation: the Humbert, Kissinger Höhe, and Franz slag heaps. These are clearly visible from the Radbod slag heap.
