Germany Wasserturm Gaswerk Charlottenburg
It's a 28m water tower in Berlin, created in 1889–1891 and was part of a gas plant. It is listed as a historical monument, but as it is surrounded by a business park, noone ever sees it except from the S-Bahn going by.
The tower can be viewed from all sides and has no high buildings in the back. The ground around it is grass and trees, but only to a short extend.

Photography Tips
As the sky will be an important part of any photo you take of this tower, be aware of the current cloud situation. For non-frog perspective shots you'd better bring a drone camera.
Travel Information
Public Transport Station S+U Jungfernheide is close by to the west, you can park a car right in front of it, as there are many parking lots around.
