Greece OAKA Olympic Stadium, Athens
The OAKA Olympic Stadium in Athens, Greece, was built for the 2004 Summer Olympics and designed by architect Santiago Calatrava. With a capacity of 69,000, it hosted the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as various sports events. Its striking white roof and modern design make it an architectural landmark. After the Olympics, it became home to AEK Athens F.C. and continues to host sports and concerts. Despite its impressive design, the stadium has faced criticism for maintenance costs and underuse.
