Greece Athens Cityscape
From this spot (Lycabettus Hill) you can see pretty much everything in Athens in all directions. It is the highest point in Athens (approx. 230m above sea level). This particular image shows the Church of Prophet Elias surrounded by typical Athens building.
From up there you can also have a clean shot of the Acropolis, the Panathenaic Stadium, and many other landmarks.

Photography Tips
Visit during sunrise/sunset or at night. Bring a Tele-lens with you and just enjoy the view. I visited the spot in April and it wasn't crowded. I can imagine that the spot can get very crowded during the season/summer.
Travel Information
A large parking space is available just below the hill/church. From there, its about 10 min. walk.
