Iceland Reynisdrangar
Just outside Vik, black basalt columns called the Reynisdrangar to protrude from the stormy North Atlantic.
Photography Tips
Sunset is exceptional, but be careful with lots of people also on the beach.
At low tide, you can go through the rocks to see the Reynisdrangar from the other side. There are there few people, but you have to be very careful: at the rising tide, you could be trapped! Only for experienced walkers.
