Iceland Skardsvik beach
One of Iceland's rare white sand beaches, Skardsvik is a lovely and kind of unexpected spot. Much less visited than other landmarks on the Snaefellsnes Peninsula.
Photography Tips
Wide lens recomended. Don't get fooled by the tropical touch of the beach - don't risk getting too close to the water especially if the weather is not good! It's still Iceland we're talking about.
Travel Information
There is a small parking right at the beach. Can't miss it. The road to the beach is totally fine for a 2WD vehicle.
