Iceland Reynisdrangar
This view of Reynisdrangar, the iconic rock needle located in southern Iceland, is presented out of a small cavern at the very end of the black beach.
The cave is located at the far end of the beach, just about 600 meters away from the parking lot. Walk accross the beach towards the east until very large rocks block the way. The cave is located right next to the dead end of the beach. Pay attention to the tides and watch for big waves! The shore often gets covered by big waves there!

Photography Tips
You need a wide angle lens to capture this shot, since the cave is not that deep. The title photo of this spot was shot at 19mm on a full frame camera. Also, bracketing (exposure series) is helpful to capture details of the rocky inside of the cave, since it's very dark by nature.
