Photography Tips

I took a 9-image panorama to include the peaks and the road in one final picture. Came here for sunset to capture some colorful light and to illuminate the scene. Be aware of strong winds along the coast.

Travel Information

You can park your car on the way to the Hvalnes Lighthouse. Make sure to not block the gravel road when stopping. Höfn is the nearest bigger city with restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
