This lagoon is smaller and less known that the famous Jöklsárlón. You can go on a boat cruise here or walk along the shore enjoying the stunning views of the glaciers.

Photography Tips

You can get this photo with a sizeable tele-zoom lens from the shore beside the parking lot. Using the boats for size reference was nice since the glacier is massive!

Travel Information

You can park for free on the marked parking lot which is also tarred and easy to access with all kinds of cars.
