With a towering 122m in height, the Haifoss is Icelands third largest waterfall. Not just the waterfall itself but also the canyon with its steep cliffs is a truly stunning place.

Photography Tips

Always check the actual and local drone regulations before flying. Take the canyon as your centerpiece of your frame since the waterfall is only part of the whole scenery. Use high shutter speeds >1/400 in order to freeze the water.

Travel Information

You can park your car at the nearby parking lot.

Please be careful since the roads leading there are only made for a 4x4 car.
