A mountain road in Iceland during winter is always an excellent subject. Especially with snowy mountains around! The East of Iceland is still a little hidden gem when it comes to the number of tourists visiting. In winter, it's even quieter!

Flying your drone is fun but can be tricky in Iceland due to the harsh weather conditions. Be aware of strong winds and local regulations. The sun adds some colors to a very much black and-white landscape.

Traveling in Iceland can be tricky, especially in winter when the roads are icy. Inspect carefully and check local websites for weather conditions and road closures. There is no designated parking area for this spot. I tried to park the car along the road without parking on the road itself.
