There are a number of "Selfie Parks" around lake Bratan and Lake Buyan with props for people to pose on overlooking the lake views. They charge a fee of about $3 US for entry.

Photography Tips

The staff generally know the best spots for taking photos so don't hesitate to seek their input/assistance. Exposure can be a real challenge with the subject in shade and the background brightly lit. Bracketing and/or exposure locking advised, as well as using a flash.
