This was taken at the famous Blarney Castle the home of the Blarney Stone that you need to kiss this stone if you visit the castle. Legend has it if you kiss the stone you will have the 'endows the kisser with the gift of the gab'

Travel Information

The cost to visit Blarney castle is about 16 euros if you buy on line or 18 if you just turn up. We got there before 9.00 am opening so we were the first up to kiss the stone as the queue can be upto 1.5 hours if you are there in the middle of the season. We were there in Oct.
