Ireland Old Library at Trinity College, Dublin
The Long Hall at Trinity College is probably one of the most beautiful architectural interiors. The library also houses the Book of Kells which in itself is a reason to visit. You must buy a ticket for the Book of Kells which includes the Old Library.
Photography Tips
The spot is usually very crowded with tourists. If you want a picture without other people, be there in the morning when The Book of Kells opens. Get there early and be the first in line... skip the Book of Kells exhibit and go directly to the Long Hall. Be prepared to potentially use a higher ISO to keep exposure time down to prevent blur because no tripods are allowed in the library.
Travel Information
Probably the best option to get to this place in Dublin is by using the train. There are multiple stations around with just a few minutes to walk. Alternatively, you can use a cab from anywhere in Dublin.
