Ireland Rockstown Castle
It is a 15th-century tower-house sitting on a rocky outcrop behind the ruins of Rockstown House.
Travel Information
This one is an adventure! Go through the gates to the house. (reading reviews it seems the gate may be closed very early or late so beware) Park in the open area before you get to the house and basically use your GPS to traverse the thick but small woods to the castle. It is very overgrown but it's doable. Be prepared to climb up a steep, spongy, grassy hill. There is barely a break in the trees where we found a sort of path back a few yards from the open area we parked. Around 52°33'57.9"N 8°33'20.2"W
