Ireland Malin Head Viewpoint
The northernmost spot in Ireland offers nice panoramic views like this one at Malin Head. The spot is perfect for sunset photography because the view to the west offers these stunning cliffs pointing to the horizon.
Photography Tips
Using a wide-angle lens and a polarizer is recommended. An interesting spot at the end of the trail. But pay attention to the highest point ("fear of edges"). I walked a bit away from the cliffs, but it was worth it. Stunning & incredible views are guaranteed. There is a shortcut to this location if you park here at 55°22'39.9"N 7°23'09.3"W and do not go past the fence. Hike up the small hill to the north and stay along the left side of the fence. and you can be on this spot in just a couple minutes and it is an easy hike. We did wear boots and had hiking poles since it was boggy on the way up and was pretty wet.
