Israel Bnei Rasan
Very beautiful and not crowded location, with almost none light pollution in the night. From the spot it's possible to capture wind turbines and historical tank, which can be awesome backgrounds for night photography.
Photography Tips
Best angles are available from the middle of thickets of thorns. Bring closed shoes and long pants.
Also there's strong wind, make sure to have a heavy steady tripod and maybe some additional weight to keep it stable.
Despite the wind, not all the turbines are spinning, so you can find the one that is good for long exposure shots.
