You have to be very patient at day time as you will not be the only one who wants to shoot this amazing cityscape.
Don't you get bored of those blurred gondolas? Crank up your ISO from 800 up to 1500 at F5.6 up to F8. Blend the ones you want on Photoshop. Leave your hotel at 4 or 5 in the morning if you want to catch the light. It's worth it! They turn off the street lights at around 6.30 AM, so get your shot before that.

Travel Information
Get here before the rush hour of tourists arrives in the early morning hours. My accomodation was a bit outside of the city and i took a bus to get in. Its much cheaper than the water taxis.
