Italy Dieda Gate, Bassano del Grappa
Dieda Gate (It: "Porta Dieda") is a beautiful old town gate near the center of the historical town of Bassano del Grappa. Especially the frescos are well-preserved, telling a story about the history of the city in North Italy.
Photography Tips
It depends on the time of the day, but usually this isn't a spot I would prefer shooting during sunrise or at night, so if you are there as well during the day, you might want to try to get an angle that is hiding the parts you don't want to have in your photo.
Travel Information
There are some opportunities for parking around the city. The old town of Bassano del Grappa isn't so big, so it's really easy to get everywhere by foot.
