Photography Tips
Be sure to be at least 1 hour before sunset because you won't be the only photographer. Furthermore, don't be scared to go down the cliffs. The most beautiful shot is when you go down a bit on the cliffs, so you have a foreground. The day I went, (September 24, 2018) we were with 8 photographers looking for the best spot.
Travel Information
I got there by train. Easy to find your way + train isn't that expensive. I don't remember to have seen a parking space, but I'm sure that there is some, but you will have to walk.
