Italy Fermeda Chapel, Seceda, Dolomites
This is a nice small chapel on the Seceda, right next to the Fermeda Rifugio. The amazing view onto several large mountain groups offers great compositions.
Photography Tips
A sturdy tripod helps, because it can be windy. Sunrise and Sunset are great times, but also severe weather around the mountains is a great catch. It is a nice plase for timelapses!
Travel Information
two different cable cars go up the mountain during daytime. If you want to be here early or late, you need to stay in one of the several cabins around or you need to hike up, which is a tough trip. If you plan to go to the Seceda mountains, this station is a good point to interrupt your trip. The nearest cable car is the Col Raiser.
