I had my long lens for some close ups of the Cima Tosa.

Photography Tips

Bring everything you have. Tripod, long lens, wide angle, drive up as far as your nerves will allow. even half way the views are spectacular. SatNav said 6980ft, (yes, I was looking for somewhere to drive for the extra 20 to hit 7K...) I hiked up at least another 37 flights of stairs (according to my watch) every step of the way was a better view.

Travel Information

as mentioned, I got the car up to 6980ft, but there are still a lot of trails and ft to go. there might be excursions, but I only saw locals and the odd tourist.
