Italy Agriturismo Baccoleno, Asciano
Immersed in the beauty of the Crete Senesi landscape, near Asciano, this is one of the most beautiful territories of central Tuscany and the most photographed. Between summer and spring, the landscape changes its colors.
Photography Tips
I am going to go at length here since this is necessary:
Be here early since you will need to park alongside the road where 2 small spots contain 3 resp. 2 cars.
You are not allowed to park in front of Baccoleno's front gate, there are signs that it is a private property.
The photographers' paths and spots are easily recognized by the treaded grass paths, "naturally" created by the photographers and which can be easily seen when you zoom in on Google Maps.
The sun sets behind the Baccoleno and one should hope for clouds (check meter it)
Once you park alongside the road, you will see the path that leads uphill.
There are two tiers if you will on that hill: the upper one and the lower one. The upper one does not provide a complete view of the S-shape road, more than the lower one. Better go immediately to the lower one before the spot is taken.
Bring a tripod, release cable, filters, sufficiently charged batteries, sufficient space on your SD, and lots of patience.
Make sure your phone is fully charged if you wish to use apps that will assist you
The light will be changing at a rapid pace, pay attention to metering
If you wish to stay until dark, bring a torch with you to find the path back to the car and to check that you have left nothing on the field once ready
There will be photography workshops but the leaders are professionals and you will not have any problems squeezing in at the same vantage point
Last but not least, do not leave rubbish behind :-)

Travel Information
The best way to reach this place is by car. There is no official parking, but you can park your car in a few places beside the road. Take care not to block anyone. Do not park in the driveway to Bacoleno as that is private property.
