Italy Colosseum (northern view), Rome
There is a series of restaurants on a street, Via Nicola Salvi, which gives you an elevated view of the Colosseum. If you work the angle right, you can capture the Arch of Constantine in the background. There is also a nice sturdy wall to use your tripod on.
