There are six Grand Sumo Tournaments, also known as Honbasho (本場所), along the year. Tickets have to be booked in advanced or they will likely sold out soon.

Photography Tips

Even getting the further (and cheapest) seat you can get decent pictures. For reference, this picture was shoot at 190mm from it.
I'd recommend a monopod for better stabilisation.
