Photography Tips
Depending on the time of the year, get there just as blue hour is beginning and shoot until sundown. Many different shades of light will appear. The blue hour is nice when matching the blue neon street lights from the restaurant. You will probably benefit most from a tripod to shoot after sundown and/or at higher aperture. If you are patient, you can find many different compositions such as workers returning home in their suits or a police car at the intersection and etc.
Travel Information
Use google maps to find your way to Shiinamachi Station. You will need get to the elevated road that passes in front of the restaurant. There is a pretty wide pedestrian walkway running along the road.
