Kyrgyz Republic Mars Canyon, Kaji-Say

Mars Canyon consists of sharp sandstone rock or wall formations and dry river valleys. The name came about because this place is actually reminiscent of the planet "Mars" landscape. The red and orange rocks create narrow gorges and naturally shaped forms.

Travel Information

An easy path leads from the main road to the marked parking lot, where no 4x4 car is needed. From here you can move around freely. Just watch your footwear, as the sandy and steep structures can be very slippery.
