Lithuania White Bridge

White Bridge (Baltasis Tiltas) is a pedestrian bridge spanning the Neris River. It's an excellent spot for photos of less commonly featured parts of Vilnius, (i.e., not the Old Town). The nearby bend in the river makes this place especially spectacular during sunset.

During the spring and summer, the fields near the bridge become a launching point for hot air balloons, an activity for which Vilnius has long been renowned.

Just the regular thing: aim for sunrise and sunset. It is possible to find out if or when balloons will launch from White Bridge, but it is unreliable.

There are two parking lots nearby, as well as street parking on the opposite side of the river.
