Luxembourg Ansembourg Castle arch, Luxembourg
Ansembourg Castle, in the Luxembourg town of the same name, Ansembourg, in the municipality of Helperknapp, is a Renaissance castle built between 1639 and 1647 by the ironworks owner Thomas Bidart in the Eisch valley. His descendant Lambert-Joseph de Marchant enlarged it in the 18th century.
Photography Tips
I used the arch to frame my photo. This gives the viewer a great direction to look right into the image. I used a wide-angle lens to capture the entire arch in the picture. Autumn time is the best time to visit in my opinion!
Travel Information
The castle itself has parking spots free of charge. You can walk in the garden and explore the surrounding areas. Not sure if you visit the castle itself on the inside.
